KwaZulu-Natal

Scottburgh is situated 50 km from Durban on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast.

It has a beautiful stretch of beach and is a great place for a family holiday. There are also some nice beaches at Park Rynie which is only a few kilometres away.

Besides the beaches there are a couple of nature reserves not too far from town. These give great opportunities for birding, as well as having numerous plants and trees. T.C. Robertson Nature Reserve is on the edge of the town while Vernon Crookes Nature Reserve is a bit inland, past Umzinto, but is worth the trip.

The South Coast is also a great place for golfers with many golf courses to choose from.

There is a variety of accommodation options available in Scottburgh which range from caravan parks to a hotel. There are good shops in the town where all supplies can be bought and there are a number of restaurants.
